Broken, dated mess of an app that reeks of abandonware. A poor representation of an island and a useless helper to an already confusing bus system.

This is the worst transportation app Ive ever seen. I only shows nearby stops; not how to get from point A to point B. Useless!!!

Dont depend on getting gps readings or accurate arrival info. Not this app

This app is complete garbage. Its so INACCURATE!

Everyone is upset about the app not knowing or telling them what buses to catch to get to certain destination. Well if you search your destination on Google Maps application (automatically comes with iphones), click Transit and it will show you everything! Where/what buses to catch. But you need this TheBus app for times, gps if needed, bus stops, etc... I think since the update its been a lot better! MUST HAVE both apps to use the Oahu bus services to its best potential

The app is almost as bad as the actually Bus company. My main problem with the bus is that its never on time. It actually leaves earlier than scheduled, so if you arrive before the departure time, you might have already missed it. The drivers are probably to blame for the buses not following schedules and throwing the app off, now I cant trust this app for anything.

The App used to be great any easy to use in its current state I find it cumbersome and almost useless

Only recently I started noticing that the bus would be a few blocks away on the gps but it says its arriving. Not only that but after a minute or so it doesnt even let you check the gps because apparently the bus already moved on. This may be a result of traffic or the slow af drivers

It gives the wrong info on arrivals and bus numbers or letters. It didnt list a bus letter so we went to another bus stop and about 5 minutes the bus letter came an we missed it. This supposed to help not confuses users. NEED TO FIX THIS.

This app has caused so much inconvenience for me and as Ive observed many users. The bus doesnt come on time, for example I could be sitting and waiting half and hour for the bus and it would simply not show up and disappear on the arrival list.

It doesnt refresh(idk why). And then it says this set of time but arrives 15 mins earlier so I use google to find my bus.

The App is inaccurate sometimes. Bus changes course along the route and no indication of a bus thats "not in service".

Going to Honolulu this week. Itll be useful!

While I really enjoy the interface and the functionality of the app, I have found the schedule (the most important part) is unreliable. It could be where I live (waianae) but I have been burned by this app several times waiting for busses that never come.

Dumb how it says "Arrival information is not available. Please try a different stop."...

I use this app a lot being that I go to school. But the time arrivals and departures are all wrong. The bus always comes late and now the app does not work. Something needs to be done.-chb

Update the dang app it isnt even working good!!

More than half the time the app doesnt even work. Not only that, but when you have to call for bus info, the operators say that their computers are down. "The Bus" needs to work on their connection because it seems like every other day its down. Smh.
