DaBus - The Oahu Bus App App Reviews

This app needs a major update. It will give the arrival times one in a while but sometimes it doesnt work. So its unless.

The bus times are never accurate. Bus number 6 at stop 836 showed that it had 3 minutes till arrival. I was here on time. App showed it arrived but no arrival. Still standing waiting for the bus to come and its already been close to half hour since it said it arrived and still not here. This app is not dependable when it needs to be. However it could be the drivers of the bus taking their time. Also it never seems to work when it storms. Would be nice if the app was more accurate with the bus system.

This would be a good app if it consistently worked. Lately, it seems to be having trouble pulling information down from the website as the "route information not available" message appears multiple times throughout any given day. If you get smartphone, just go to he website. It has less problems than this apparently abandoned app.

I use to use this app all the time and it was perfect for letting me know when my bus was coming. Now it doesnt even work anymore. This needs to be fixed already.

This is great and stuff but its so unstable and Im pretty sure my wifi/data is fine. So idk why its so unstable. Maybe too many bugs. Please fix.

It would be a fine app if it would work more than half of the time. 90% of the times I go to look at when a bus is coming, it tells me no information is available. I always have to resort to looking at google maps.

Yes, this app use to really work well. Now days, it has a bad way of not working when you really need it. It will work on occasion and most times, it wont. Most times it will not show the times of any bus for any stop at all. I really hope this glitch gets fixed really soon because this app was once a very nice app (to the point of not using the times tables) but as of now, the bus app is very unreliable.

Its frustrating!! This app is a piece of crap. The bus timing is off and sometimes the time doesnt appear.

Sometimes the app doesnt work at all. It often shows up a sign "no longer available" its really frustrating!!

GPS for busses dont work most of the time

This app is useless. Always Crashes Never SeemsTooLoadBusTimes

When it works it works really well. Unfortunate it feels like 80% of the time the information is "not available." Which basically means good luck knowing when the bus is showing up because its not going to show up when the static online schedule says it is.

Cant trust this app. Ive experienced many failures and discomfort from this app due to its lack of functionality. Use google maps instead.

My app no longer shows when the buses are arriving or where they are going

This app hasnt been working for about a month now! It says theres no arrival information= therefore making this app totally useless! Theres no reason for there to be a bus app if the times arrivals etc dont show/work ... PLEASE FIX !!

The app is very poor and the timing is never accurate. The timing shown on the app and the bus arrival is time is totally different. The app does not display timing when we need it the most. I suggest to make the app more accurate since lot of people depend on it.

Why not stick to a simple and conventional interface that has a route START and END field?

The reliability of this app is next to none and is completely frustrating when you need more precise information and all you get is "arrival information is not available." This app only works when it wants to.

The app is not working I put in the bus stop number and it say try again no information comes out its been like this for a few days please fix thanks

"Arrival information is not available" happens more often than not. Yet when you call the bus information line, it can provide you the next 5 arrivals for that particular bus stop no problem. So you cant say the GPS isnt working. So the next message you receive is "try a different bus stop". Only problem is, ALL the next bus stops give you that same message. You would think that a web team that was paying more close attention to this AND users reviews wouldve resolved this issue A LONG TIME AGO since this isnt something new. Guess their web team is enjoying their long siesta.
